For growers and manufacturers

Release a batch once. Its paperwork follows it everywhere.

Enter a batch with its strength, lab test and expiry once. Every distributor and dispensary downstream reads the same document. See what is being ordered across your distributors without seeing any of their customers.

What you get

Lab test entered once

Attach the laboratory report and the expiry date to the batch. Nobody downstream re-keys it and nobody gets a different version.

Demand across distributors

See how much of each batch your distributors are asking for, so the next run is sized to what is actually ordered.

Release to more than one distributor

Split a release across distributors by units. Each sees their own allocation and nothing about the others.

Title, correctly recorded

The record shows you holding legal ownership until supply, as the regulations require of a sponsor, and shows when it passes.

Licence recorded, not verified

Your growing and manufacturing licence details are recorded as you state them and checked for expiry. Verification with the regulator stays yours.

Recall in minutes, not days

If a batch has to be recalled, the record already knows every distributor, every dispensary and every dispensing it went to.

What you see

  • Your batches, lab tests and expiry dates
  • Units requested per batch, by distributor
  • Your pricing to each distributor
  • Where a batch went, down to the dispensary, if it is recalled

What you never see

  • A dispensary's patients or prescriptions
  • A distributor's customer list or their pricing to dispensaries
  • Another grower's batches or prices

Questions people ask

Ask us on a demo
We sell through distributors. Why would we use this?

Because the batch record starts with you. Entering the lab test and expiry once, and seeing demand across your distributors, is worth having even if you never take a direct order.

Can we supply dispensaries directly?

If your licence allows it, yes. A grower supplying direct gets the distributor desk as well: share-outs, the ledger and the six-monthly report.

What about the six-monthly report?

If you are the sponsor supplying the goods, the report is yours to make and Cultivar builds it from your supply lines. If your distributor is the sponsor, it is theirs.

Does Cultivar verify our licence?

No, and we never claim to. We record what you state and check dates. That is the honest position, and it is written on every page.
