Today the patient orders by phone or email, the dispensary orders from the grower by spreadsheet, and nobody can see the whole chain. Cultivar is one chain with two desks. The patient portal is yours, the wholesale desk is yours, and the order history at both ends belongs to the people in the chain, not to a middleman.
The same order moves down the chain: a patient asks the dispensary, the dispensary asks the grower. Cultivar runs both desks, so what was dispensed and what was ordered to replace it are one record, not two spreadsheets and an inbox.
Signs in, sees only what has been prescribed to them, orders a repeat, chooses collection or delivery, gets told when it is ready.
Every patient order draws down stock by batch. When a batch runs low, the reorder to the grower or distributor is one click from the same screen.
The dispensary's order lands on the grower's desk with batch, certificate of analysis and expiry attached. Small drops are allocated across dispensaries before they ship.
The patient portal shows no catalogue to anyone. In Australia medicinal cannabis is prescription-only, so a patient sees the products on their own script and nothing else, and a visitor without a script sees a sign-in door. That is what keeps a patient portal inside the advertising rules for unapproved goods, and we will not build it any other way.
Growers, distributors, dispensaries and patients each get their own desk in Cultivar, and each sees only their part. The order a patient places is the same record the dispensary fills and the grower supplies, so nobody re-keys anything and nobody's data leaks sideways.

Every Schedule 8 line carries its batch, its certificate of analysis and its expiry from the moment it is dispensed to a patient or ordered from a grower. The supply report is a by-product of selling, not a fortnight of invoice archaeology every six months.

Pharmacy and licence details are recorded as stated by the customer; verification with the regulator remains the licence holder's obligation.
