For dispensaries and pharmacies

Patient orders in one queue. The ledger writes itself.

Every patient order arrives with the prescription attached. Dispensing it draws down stock by batch and writes the controlled-medicine ledger. When a batch runs low, the reorder to your distributor is one click from the same screen.

What you get

One queue for patient orders

Repeats, new prescriptions and deliveries land in the same list, each with the prescription attached and the pharmacist check built in.

The controlled-medicine ledger, kept for you

Every unit in and every unit out is recorded by batch, by patient and by line. It is the book the state inspector asks for, and it is already written.

Stock by batch and expiry

See what is on hand per batch, with its lab test and expiry date, and get a nudge before something short-dates.

Reorder in one click

When a batch runs low, the reorder to your distributor is suggested from what you actually dispensed, and sent from the same screen.

Pharmacy details recorded once

Your approval number, named pharmacist and state licence are recorded at signup and checked for expiry on every order.

Patients told automatically

Ready for collection, on its way, or a question from the pharmacist. The patient hears from the portal, not the phone.

What you see

  • Your patients' prescriptions and orders
  • Your own stock, ledger and reorders
  • Your distributors' available batches and their lab tests
  • What you pay and what you charge

What you never see

  • Another dispensary's patients, stock or prices
  • A distributor's other customers
  • A grower's pricing to distributors

Ask us on a demo
Does Cultivar replace our dispensing software?

No. Cultivar runs the ordering and the supply-chain record: patient orders, the controlled-medicine ledger and reorders. Your dispensing and clinical software stays as it is. We will discuss integrations on the demo.

Who verifies our pharmacy licence?

Nobody, and we say so. Cultivar records the details you state and checks expiry dates. Verifying with the regulator remains the licence holder's obligation, as it does today.

Can patients see our whole range?

No. A patient sees only what is on their own prescription. That is what keeps a patient portal inside the advertising rules for these medicines.

What if our distributor is not on Cultivar?

You can still run the patient queue and the ledger. Reorders to a distributor who is not on the platform go out as an email from Cultivar, and come into the record when they land.
